Digital Content Management System

The Monterey-Salinas Transit District (MST) is soliciting proposals for a Digital Content Management System (CMS) to serve as the foundation of a Traveler Information System. The system will integrate with display hardware at transit hubs, bus stops, kiosks, and onboard vehicles, using open standards and secure APIs for interoperability. The selected solution will support scalability, cybersecurity compliance, and long-term maintenance, with an initial pilot planned for early 2026.
