Dispatch Telephony System

The Tennessee Department of Safety & Homeland Security issued an RFI seeking input on a cloud-based dispatch telephony system. The solution should support call handling, recording, real-time analytics, and integration with the Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) database. The system must also leverage ESINET to provide Automatic Number Identification (ANI) and Automatic Location Identification (ALI) to ensure rapid response for first responders.
