Networked Logging Recorder System (NLRS)

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is seeking proposals for a Networked Logging Recorder System to replace its existing 9-1-1, telephone, and radio recording infrastructure. The system must capture analog and VOIP transmissions, support Cisco Unified Communications, integrate AI-driven transcription, and comply with CJIS security requirements. The solution will also interface with CAD, RMS, NG911, and Evidence.com while supporting hybrid cloud operations and automated indexing.
