Sumter Transit Network Identity and Brand Update (Updated)

The City of Sumter, on behalf of SUATS MPO and in partnership with the Santee-Wateree RTA, is requesting proposals for a comprehensive brand and identity update for its transit network. The project includes development of a new logo, collateral materials, visual identity standards, and community engagement to reposition public transit as an essential service. The selected consultant will deliver branding elements, guidelines, and a final report to support long-term adoption.
