Federal Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) Modernization (Extended)

OPM issued an RFI seeking information for a governmentwide HRIT modernization initiative. The project will implement a secure, centralized, FedRAMP-certified cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) platform integrating multiple HR functions, including employee engagement, talent development, compensation, analytics, and personnel action processing. Responses will inform OPM’s acquisition strategy for a potential 10-year IDIQ contract.
