The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT), on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources (IDNR), is seeking proposals to replace the existing digital licensing and permitting systems used for hunting, fishing, boating, and camping. The selected vendor will design, develop, and implement a new integrated platform to modernize IDNR’s Outdoor Connect system and streamline user access and administrative processes.
