Dark Fiber Leased Telecommunications or Ethernet Service

The Iowa Communications Network is soliciting bids for leased telecommunications services, including single-mode dark fiber and Ethernet connections across various locations in Iowa. Vendors will provide connectivity between designated endpoints and ICN Connection Points of Presence (CPOPs). Contracts will be awarded based on the lowest cost per service location that meets all technical and contractual requirements.
