ITSM and ESM Software Platform (Extended)

The University of Georgia is soliciting proposals to implement a unified, enterprise-level IT Service Management and Enterprise Service Management platform for its Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS) division. The system must support incident, project, and workflow management while offering integrations, automations, and multi-tenant functionality to serve both administrative and academic units across the university.
