Bureau of Motor Vehicle Self-Service Kiosks

The State of Maine Department of Secretary of State, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, is soliciting proposals to lease, install, and maintain eight self-service kiosks across the state. These kiosks will provide citizens with access to essential BMV services such as vehicle registration renewals, driver license replacements, and reinstatement payments. The awarded vendor will be responsible for a turnkey deployment including design, hardware, software, payment processing, and ongoing maintenance.
