Drone and Pyrotechnic Displays

The City of McKinney is requesting proposals from qualified event production firms to provide coordinated drone and pyrotechnic displays for the city's Juneteenth Celebration and Red, White, and Boom events. The selected vendor will manage show design, drone deployment, and fireworks synchronization, ensuring safe and visually engaging aerial performances. A virtual pre-submittal meeting will be held via Webex prior to bid closing.
