Digital License Plate Production and Graphic Design System

The New Hampshire Department of Safety is requesting proposals for the procurement, installation, and support of digital license plate production equipment, blanking line systems, and a graphic design platform. The selected vendor will provide a complete solution to replace aging plate manufacturing infrastructure, supporting high-volume production of over 600,000 plates annually while enabling flexibility for new plate designs and reissuance efforts.
