Wireless-as-a-Service Provider for Tennessee State Parks

Request for Proposals for Wireless-as-a-Service (WaaS) to provide reliable and scalable wireless connectivity across Tennessee State Parks for recreational facilities, cabins, campgrounds, lodges, and park buildings. The provider must deliver comprehensive network design and implementation, monitoring and management, security services including intrusion detection and data encryption, user and device management, network upgrades and maintenance, analytics and reporting, and support and training for State staff. The rollout prioritizes eleven parks initially with phased expansion to additional locations, offering symmetric service for staff and visitors with seasonal rate adjustments. Required services include wireless network coverage planning, bandwidth management, security compliance, user authentication and access control, performance optimization, and equipment installation and maintenance. The maximum contract liability is set at $10 million.
