E-Rate Category 2 (FY26-FY31)

Request for Qualifications for E-Rate Category 2 services (Internal Connections, Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections, and Managed Internal Broadband) for Local Education Agencies, authorized Tennessee Public Charter Schools, and State Special Schools for fiscal years 2026-2031. Multiple contracts will be awarded to qualified respondents that sell equipment and service solutions in accordance with the FCC's Eligible Services List administered by USAC. Awarded contractors will participate in mini-bid processes conducted by LEAs/Public Charters/SSS throughout Tennessee who have signed a Letter of Agency with the State. Cost will not be evaluated in this RFQ; however, respondents must submit catalog pricing outlining authorized goods and services. Contracts will be available statewide, and contractors are not expected to participate in mini-bids outside their service regions or product areas. A Pre-Response Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams.
