E.J. Gare Garage Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS)

The City of Northampton is soliciting bids to furnish, configure, and commission a new Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) for the E.J. Gare Parking Garage. The project includes installation and setup of hardware and software to manage access control and revenue collection. A mandatory site visit will be held prior to bid submission to ensure vendor familiarity with system and site requirements.
