Incentive Management Platform for Delaware Contingency Management Program

The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) seeks a vendor to develop and operate an incentive management platform for the Delaware Contingency Management (CM) Program under the state’s 1115 Medicaid waiver. The platform will automate incentive delivery, manage participant data, ensure security compliance, provide analytics and reporting, and support statewide CM providers treating substance use disorders.
