RFI - Offensive Security Testing Services

The New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify vendors capable of providing Offensive Security Testing Services for the Chief Information Security Office (CISO). The goal is to explore advanced penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability assessment solutions that simulate real-world attack scenarios. This RFI will inform future procurement strategies but will not result in a contract award.
