PCA SaaS Registry Request for Responses

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services is soliciting responses for a commercial off-the-shelf software application, preferably offered as Software as a Service (SaaS), to support the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Registry. The platform will facilitate matching personal care consumers with qualified service providers and include related professional IT and implementation services.
