Development of Custom AI Chatbots (Extended)

CUNY is seeking a qualified firm to develop and consult on custom AI chatbot solutions in partnership with its Office of Applied Research, Evaluation, and Data Analytics (OAREDA). The contractor will support the university’s growing data analytics needs through implementation and guidance around emerging and trustworthy AI tools. The contract term is six months, with a 30% MWBE participation goal and subject to NYS Procurement Lobbying Act restrictions.
