Educator Data System Replacement RFP

The Oregon Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC), is soliciting proposals for the design, development, and implementation of a new Educator Data System (EDS) to replace the agency’s existing platform. The system will manage educator licensing, renewals, background checks, and reporting. The selected vendor will provide system design, data migration, hosting, maintenance, and support services, with detailed business and technical requirements included in the attached RFP and supporting documents.
