Permitting and Land Management Software (Extended)

The City of Palo Alto is soliciting proposals for a modern, cloud-based permitting and land management software solution. The new system will support permitting, inspections, code enforcement, and land management while integrating with GIS and other city systems. The goal is to replace the current Accela Civic Platform with a scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform that enhances efficiency, transparency, and customer experience.
