Credit Mobility Technology System (CMTS)

The South Carolina Materials Management Office is soliciting proposals for the development and implementation of a Credit Mobility Technology System (CMTS). This system will streamline credit transfer, articulation, and student mobility between institutions. The vendor will provide software design, integration, training, and ongoing support to ensure interoperability with existing education management systems.
