Multi-Year Public Facing Regional Websites (Extended)

The City of Houston Mayor’s Office of Homeland Security and Public Safety is seeking proposals to design, develop, and host three public-facing regional websites supporting DHS grant-funded programs. The project includes secure backend development, inquiry management, emergency communication tools, and search engine exclusion. The initial term will last three years with two optional one-year renewals, for a total potential term of five years.
