Travel Mileage Reimbursement and Fleet Management Applications (Extended)

The Florida Department of Children and Families seeks a cloud-based solution to automate travel mileage reimbursement for field staff and manage its vehicle fleet. The proposed system must allow for weekly/monthly mileage data exports to financial reimbursement forms and support fleet monitoring and optimization. Solutions may be submitted for mileage reimbursement, fleet management, or both.
