Project Management Information System Solution RFQ

The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is seeking a **cloud-based Project Management Information System (PMIS) solution** to replace its custom platform, Utility Operations Project Portfolio (UOPP). The vendor(s) must provide subscription-based software access, implementation services, integration support, user training, and ongoing technical support. This is a two-step process (RFQ followed by an RFP for qualified firms), and suppliers are encouraged to respond even if they can only deliver one part of the solution.
