Invitation to Bid for Telecommunication Relay Services

The Tennessee Public Utility Commission (TPUC) is requesting competitive sealed bids for a two-year contract to provide **Telecommunication Relay Service (TRS)** for the Tennessee Relay program. This essential service allows deaf, hard-of-hearing, and speech-impaired individuals to communicate on the phone network through a Communication Assistant (CA). The scope of this ITB is limited to analog TRS conversation minutes only and explicitly excludes CapTel service.
