Jail Control Intelli-Site Systems (OSSI) Maintenance Support Contract

The City of Pasadena is seeking proposals for a three-year contract to provide comprehensive maintenance, technical support, and system upgrades for the Intelli-Site Jail Control System (OSSI), the Hardening Intercom System, and all related servers and network hardware at the Pasadena Jail. The OSSI system is fully integrated with the Genetec Video Management System (VMS) to centralize all jail security operations. The objective is to ensure the continued reliability and performance of this critical security and control infrastructure.
