Projector & Equipment FY26

The City of Philadelphia, on behalf of the Free Library, is seeking bids for a micro purchase of audiovisual equipment and related accessories for the Fiscal Year 2026. The procurement includes specific brand-name items such as Epson short-throw laser projectors, Mount-It! projector stands, Blu-Ray reader/writers, and a DECIMATOR cross converter. The entire bid will be awarded as a whole to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who quotes all nine items.
