Applications for Cyber Warfare: Genesis

This is an Open, two-step Advanced Research Announcement (ARA) from the Air Force Research Laboratory seeking white papers for the development of cyber operations prototypes. The primary goal is to transition these prototypes into operational Department of Defense (DoD) platforms to achieve superiority in the Cyber Domain. Total estimated funding is approximately $999M, with individual awards typically ranging from $10M to $50M, and awards may be made using FAR-based procurement contracts or Other Transactions (OT).
