Boyers Local Phone Service (Updated)

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), is seeking a contractor to provide and maintain 23 Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines. These lines are required to facilitate fax machine use at OPM facilities located in Boyers and East Butler, Pennsylvania. The contractor must be an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) with direct ownership of the required facilities.
