Aircraft Management Solution (AMS)

The Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking a single vendor to provide a **turnkey hosted Aircraft Management Solution (AMS)** for its Aircraft Operations Division (AOD). The solution must manage records for over 25 aircraft (including Airbus models and its UAS fleet) and 100 personnel, tracking flights, maintenance, training, and parts ordering. The AMS is required to include a parts and accessories portal, apply funding codes to operating budgets, and generate various budgetary and data reports.
