Enterprise VoIP Solution for the New York City Department of Education

The New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE) is issuing an RFEI to explore industry capabilities for a future procurement to replace its aging digital PBX systems. The objective is to gather information from vendors capable of designing, deploying, and supporting a secure, scalable, and modern Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution. The solution must support over 150,000 staff across 1,800+ sites and comply with federal and New York State educational and telecommunications regulations, including E911.
