Light Rail Vehicle & Train Control Modernization (LRMP Tranche 1) (Updated)

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Tranche 1 of the Light Rail Modernization Program (LRMP), a large-scale project to modernize Maryland's Central Light Rail Line. The contract specifically covers the modernization of Light Rail Vehicles (LRV) and the Train Control System, which includes new track, power, and control systems, and new light rail vehicles.
