Housing Trust Fund Data Linking & Analysis

The Charlotte Housing & Neighborhood Services division is seeking a consultant to perform a complex data integration and analysis project using the Charlotte Regional Data Trust (CRDT). The project involves securely linking City housing data with various external datasets (health, education, workforce) to create a de-identified, longitudinal dataset. The objective is to analyze resident demographics, stability, mobility, and well-being in Housing Trust Fund-supported communities to improve resource targeting and policy effectiveness.
