The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Telecommunications Division seeks quotes to provide, install, and maintain an unprotected, transparent leased OTU-2 (Optical Transmission Unit-2) circuit between Ohio and North Dakota. Pricing shall be identified as monthly recurring and non-recurring charges. This procurement uses lowest price technically acceptable source selection.
