Renewal of MotioCAP Maintenance - Technical Support

State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services solicits renewal of MotioCAP software maintenance and technical support services for on-premises deployment. MotioCAP provides security integration from COGNOS to PeopleSoft EPM for production and non-production environments. The service period runs from February 7, 2026 through February 6, 2027. Only suppliers on existing State Contract MMA7485 or authorized dealers may respond. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with options to renew for up to three additional one-year terms.
