Citywide Operational Technology Taxonomy

City of Atlanta solicits a vendor for a Multi-Step Competitive Sealed Bid process to develop a Citywide Operational Technology Taxonomy. The project will create an enterprise technology and operational taxonomy to strengthen strategic coherence, operational effectiveness, and citizen-centric service delivery. With a core focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the selected vendor will translate the City's organizational strategies into comprehensive enterprise architecture documentation including future state conceptual architecture, roadmap, and taxonomy documentation.
