RFQ: Currency Reader Information Management System (CRIMS) Support, Enhancements, and Upgrades

The Library of Congress (LOC) is seeking contractor support for the Currency Reader Information Management System (CRIMS). The project's main objectives are to enhance patron engagement and record security by implementing a secure, Azure web-based user interface (UI), migrating user operations to a fully electronic workflow to eliminate paper forms, and maintaining the current CRIMS system, including support for legacy and COTS software upgrades.
