Vocational Rehabilitation Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) (Updated)

The Vermont Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living is seeking bids for a Vocational Rehabilitation Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) to serve the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The system will serve approximately 6,000 Vermonters with disabilities and document all phases, activities, services, and outcomes. The contract period is 7 years (up to 2 years implementation plus 5 years of annual operating and maintenance services) with an anticipated start date of February 1, 2027.
