Guilford County Sheriff’s Office Law Records And Jail Management System RFP

Guilford County is soliciting proposals to replace the **Law Records and Jail Management System** used by the Sheriff’s Office. The county seeks a modern, integrated, and scalable solution to support law enforcement operations, detention center management, and administrative functions. The new system must be able to seamlessly integrate with the existing Hexagon OnCall Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system and prioritize interoperability, data security, and analytics. The current system, Central Square’s One Solution, is nearing its end-of-life.
