Electronic Logging, Inmate Location, Inventory And Asset Management System

The Erie County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to implement a new Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-based electronic system across its managed facilities, including two detention centers and the Transportation Unit. The system's primary goal is to replace paper-based records with real-time electronic logging of activities, tracking of inmate location/movement, and management of inventory and assets. The system must also handle documentation and routing for grievances, repair orders, and case management. Vendors must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience in providing similar services to correctional facilities.
