IT Staff Augmentation Services

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a solution for providing IT staff augmentation services through a Managed Service Provider (MSP). The selected MSP must act as the prime contractor, utilizing multiple subcontractors to provide the actual staffing resources, as the MSP cannot directly employ the staff. The solution must include the provision of resources, subcontractors, and a Vendor Management System (VMS) to meet the Commonwealth's statewide IT staffing needs. The contract duration is two years with three one-year renewal options.
