ODNR Location Data Analytics Platform

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Parks & Watercraft, is seeking a Location Data Analytics (LDA) provider. The primary goal is to use anonymized cell phone data to accurately generate statistically valid estimates of visitor counts for state parks. This procurement aims to replace inconsistent traditional methods and also provide insights into visitor origins and post-park travel patterns.
