CDB Operations Management Software RFP (Updated)

The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) is seeking a qualified vendor to replace the current eBuilder and CDB Main systems used by the Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB). This RFP is for new Operations Management Software to support and streamline the CDB's construction operations. The contract is issued in cooperation with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services.
