Trusted Operations, Maintenance, Cybersecurity, Assurance, and Technology (TOMCAT)

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for the TOMCAT Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure robust engineering and technical IT services, including operations & maintenance (O&M), development, implementation, administration of critical services, and IT security alignment for its enterprise IT infrastructure supporting 85,000 users across headquarters, 440 airports, and other locations. This follows the current IMPACT II task order and will be available via a restricted Virtual Reading Room (VRR) containing Sensitive Security Information (SSI) for approved GSA MAS vendors. Vendors must designate a senior official to certify protection of SSI for proposal preparation.
