Loan Servicing Data Subscription (Updated)

HUD's Office of Evaluation requires an annual online subscription to a commercially available database providing loan limit data by county, median home price data, loan performance servicing data, residential loan level databases (prime and subprime), mortgage delinquency data, 10 years of market history, 24/7 web access with passwords, and non-agency mortgage-backed securities data with a 15-year perspective. The subscription also includes ABS data for Alt-A and nonprime from Option Period 1. This supports HUD's risk management and regulatory affairs in housing.
