Risk Management Information System (Extended)

The City of Norfolk is seeking a **cloud-based Risk Management Information System (RMIS) software solution** to centralize and improve its current risk management processes, which are currently fragmented across multiple tools like MyCOI, SharePoint, Excel, and paper forms. This new system must include implementation, comprehensive training, and ongoing maintenance and licensing to manage claims and litigation, loss control, subrogation, and City-owned commercial insurance programs. The application will replace the Division of Risk Management's current disparate tracking methods to enhance actuarial reporting, investigations, inspections, and audit reporting.
