NASA Unified Network and Navigation Operations (UN2O)

NASA is seeking capability statements from industry for operations, maintenance, and sustainment of the Near Space Network (NSN) and Deep Space Network (DSN) under the Unified Network and Navigation Operations (UN2O). These networks provide continuous 24/7 communication, navigation, telemetry, tracking, commanding, and data services for near-space and deep-space missions using NASA-owned and commercial ground stations and space relay assets. The effort supports NASA's evolution toward more efficient, innovative networks serving human spaceflight, scientific missions, government agencies, commercial partners, and international collaborators.
