Fiber Infrastructure Asset Assessment (Updated)

The Southside Network Authority (SNA) seeks proposals from qualified Professional Infrastructure Services Firms for Fiber Optic Infrastructure projects in two phases: Phase 1 includes Asset Assessment, Needs Assessment, and Conceptual Design; Phase 2, if pursued, includes High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, and Implementation Plan. The goal is to engage one or more firms for multiple similar projects across the Hampton Roads region with various stakeholders. The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission is assisting with RFP administration, but contracts will be directly with SNA.
