Commercial and Military Satellite Communications Operations Support (COSMOS)

The US Space Force is preparing to release a draft RFP for Commercial and Military Satellite Communications Operations Support (COSMOS), seeking industry feedback and questions on the draft documents. A site visit is scheduled for 13 January 2026 at Fort Detrick, MD, limited to two representatives per company with Secret clearance required. The final RFP is projected for 23 February 2025, followed by a virtual pre-proposal conference; this is a pre-solicitation notice and proposals are not being accepted at this time.
