BPA - IT and Telecom

Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division seeks to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses for IT and Telecom services under PSC 7E20, including end-user help desk (Tier 1-2), workspace, print, and productivity tools (hardware/perpetual software). BPAs will be awarded based on past performance references, with calls not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold and competition at the call level. Master BPAs will be issued on a 6-month rotation through June 2029, requiring submissions with company details, capabilities, price lists, and active SAM/PIEE accounts.
